為深入貫徹落實習近平總書記關于加強我國國際傳播能力建設的重要指示精神，進一步完善人民法院法治國際傳播工作機制，近日，最高人民法院印發(fā)《關于進一步規(guī)范人民法院組織機構、職務名稱、工作場所英譯文的通知》（以下簡稱《通知》）。
《通知》立足新發(fā)展階段實際，全面吸收和展示了黨的十八大以來人民法院深化司法體制改革的重要成果，結合新修訂的人民法院組織法、法官法，規(guī)范了最高人民法院巡回法庭、國際商事法庭、知識產(chǎn)權法庭，以及金融法院、知識產(chǎn)權法院、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)法院等改革成果的英譯文。
《通知》以是否符合國際傳播的實效性為標準，注重全球化表達、區(qū)域化表達、分眾化表達，英譯文既便于外國讀者準確理解，又符合我國制度實際、不扭曲術語原意。
《通知》以問題為導向，從法院名稱、內設機構、審判組織、法官職務、人員分類、工作場所、區(qū)域名稱、法庭指示牌等方面，規(guī)范了208個術語的英譯文，基本能夠滿足人民法院完善涉外審判機制、優(yōu)化法治營商環(huán)境、擴大對外法治宣傳的實際需要。
《通知》要求，各級人民法院要認真落實習近平總書記關于加強我國國際傳播能力建設的重要指示，推進對外法治宣傳，講好中國法治故事，完善新時代人民法院的國際合作交流、涉外案件審判機制，推動形成更高層次改革開放新格局。下一步，各級法院將結合工作實際，在國際合作交流、涉外案件審理、雙語標識制作中規(guī)范使用相關術語的英譯文。

黨的十八大以來，人民法院在以習近平同志為核心的黨中央領導下，持續(xù)深化司法體制改革，深入開展國際司法交流合作，中國特色社會主義司法制度更加成熟更加定型，我國司法國際形象和影響力不斷提升。人民法院組織法、法官法修訂完成后，一些司法改革最新成果的英譯文亟待確定。隨著更高層次改革開放加速推進，國際司法交流合作日益深入，涉外案件和司法協(xié)助業(yè)務穩(wěn)步增長，更有必要進一步規(guī)范人民法院組織結構、職務名稱、工作場所的英譯文。
